Healthcare Guidance Should Be Available to Everyone.
Understand your health, ask questions in your own language, and discover your next steps with an AI-powered healthcare assistant designed to make reliable health information more accessible.
- Free healthcare guidance
- Multi-language support
- Private and secure
- Connect with real nurses
AI guidance does not replace a doctor, nurse or other medical professional. Emergency guidance is always free.
Sample conversation, for illustration only. A person writes that they have an itchy rash on their arm that started three days ago and shares a photo of it. The assistant marks the answer as Routine and offers to explain possible causes, care tips and when to see a healthcare professional. Beside it, a list of some of the languages you can use.

The assistant reads the values, units and reference ranges printed on your report and tells you which ones are inside or outside those ranges. It compares only with the ranges on the report and does not make a diagnosis. Your doctor or nurse should explain what the results mean for you.
Find Affordable Healthcare Near You
Search free clinics, community health centres, public hospitals, mental health support and pharmacies.
Listings show the type of service, opening hours and how to get there. Costs and hours can change, so always check with the clinic before you go.

Share Medical Documents and Images
Show the assistant what you are worried about instead of trying to describe it.
- Photos of a rash, a wound, a medicine box or a prescription (JPEG, PNG or WebP)
- PDF lab results, discharge letters and reports
- Short videos, which are turned into a few still pictures on your phone first
- We ask before your first upload, and you can remove a file before sending.
Files you send in a chat are used for that answer only. If you have an account, you can choose to keep documents in your private document store, where they are encrypted.
The assistant can miss things in a picture and will say when it is unsure. It cannot diagnose from a photo.
Connect With Qualified Healthcare Professionals
When you need a person, ask for a nurse from inside your conversation.
A summary, not a repeat
The assistant writes a short summary of your conversation so you don't have to explain everything again.
Checked professionals
Nurses can use the nurse desk only after we check their licence and identity.
No name needed
You can ask for a nurse without giving your name. You get a private code to read the reply.
Nurses reply when one is available. This is not an emergency service: in an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Personalised Health Reminders
Set reminders for medicines, appointments, follow-ups and screenings.
With a free account you choose what to be reminded about and how: in the app, by email, or by text message where available. Reminders never include health details in the subject line, and they are only sent at sensible local hours.
Healthcare Access for Underserved Communities
YourNurses.io is for people who find it hard to see a doctor because of cost, distance, language or time.
Free for patients
Patients never pay. Organisations fund the service.
Light on data
Pages are small and work on older phones and slow connections.
No account needed
Ask your first question without signing up or giving your name.
Text and call
Where it is set up, you can also text or call the service.
We are starting in the Philippines and building for international use.
Our Safety and Privacy Commitments
Free care must also be safe care. These are the rules we build to.
Emergencies first
If you describe signs of an emergency, you see emergency numbers before any AI answer. This is always free.
No diagnosis or prescribing
The assistant gives general guidance and an urgency level. It does not diagnose or prescribe.
A second check
A separate AI reviewer checks answers for missed warning signs and unsafe advice.
Reviewed sources
Answers can cite health information our clinical team has reviewed, and say when they do.
Your data stays yours
We never sell health data, and we never show ads in medical conversations.
You stay in control
Chat without an account, or save your history and delete it whenever you want.
Healthcare Organisations and Partners
YourNurses.io is funded by organisations that want more people to get good health guidance, so patients never pay.
We work with
- NGOs and charities
- Public health programmes
- Hospitals and clinics
- Employers
- Foundations and donors
We are looking for our first partners. When organisations support YourNurses.io, we will list them here with their permission.
Partners never influence clinical content, never advertise in medical conversations, and never receive data that identifies a patient.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is YourNurses.io really free?
Yes. Patients never pay. The service is funded by organisations such as NGOs, public-health programmes, foundations and employers, and by paid tools for organisations.
Can the assistant diagnose me or prescribe medicine?
No. It gives general health guidance, explains your options and tells you how urgently to get care. Only a qualified healthcare professional who examines you can diagnose you or prescribe medicine.
What happens in an emergency?
If you describe signs of an emergency, such as chest pain or trouble breathing, the page shows emergency numbers straight away, before any AI answer. Emergency guidance is always free. If you think it is an emergency, call your local emergency number now.
Do I need an account?
No. You can ask questions without an account. A free account lets you save conversations, keep documents, and set reminders.
Who can see my conversations?
If you don't save them, conversations are not kept in your account. If you ask for a nurse, the nurse sees the summary and conversation you send. Our AI provider processes messages to write the answers. Read the privacy notice for the details.
Who are the nurses?
Registered nurses and other healthcare professionals who apply to help. We check their licence and identity before they can use the nurse desk.
Which languages can I use?
The website is available in 37 languages, and the assistant can reply in many more. Website translations are drafts that fluent speakers are still checking.
How is YourNurses.io paid for?
Through sponsorships, public-health contracts, grants and paid tools for organisations. Sponsors cannot change what the assistant says about health, there are no ads in medical conversations, and we never sell health data.
