For healthcare professionals

Help more people get safe health guidance

Licensed nurses, midwives, doctors and pharmacists can answer patient requests, review the health information the assistant uses, and build specialist assistants.

What you can do

  • Nurse desk

Answer people who asked for a person. Each request arrives with an AI-written SBAR summary that you can correct, the urgency level and the language. Patients stay anonymous unless they choose to share details.

  • Agent Studio

Design a specialist assistant in plain words: its focus, starter questions and warning signs. It goes live only after an automatic safety check and a clinical review by someone other than you.

  • Knowledge review

Review the health information the assistant can cite. Nothing is used in answers until a clinician approves it, and every approved version is kept.

How verification works

Nobody can see patient requests until we have checked who they are.

  1. Apply

Tell us your profession, licence number and the authority that issued it, for example the PRC in the Philippines.

  2. We check your licence

An administrator checks your licence with the issuing authority's public register and confirms your identity.

  3. Access is set up

Once verified, you get a staff account with access that matches your role. Every action on a patient request is logged.

  4. Ongoing review

Access can be paused or removed at any time, for example if a licence lapses.

What we ask of you

  • Follow the professional standards of your licence and your country.
  • Never ask patients for more personal information than you need.
  • Escalate emergencies straight away and tell people to call their local emergency number.
