YourNurses.io is a free, multilingual health assistant for people who find it hard to see a doctor or nurse because of cost, distance, language or time.
Our mission
Millions of people put off care because they can't afford a consultation, live far from a clinic, or can't get answers in their own language. Many of them have a phone.
We want everyone to be able to understand their health, know how urgently to act, and find affordable care, with qualified nurses there when a person needs a person.
What we believe
Safety before speed
Emergencies are recognised first, every answer has an urgency level, and a second AI checks the answer.
Honest about limits
AI guidance is not a diagnosis. We say what we don't know and when to see a professional.
Free for patients, always
People who use the service never pay. Organisations fund it.
Privacy by default
You can use the assistant without an account. We never sell health data and we never show ads in medical conversations.
Built with clinicians
Nurses review specialist assistants and the health information the assistant cites.
Inclusive by design
Plain language, many languages, small pages for slow connections, and accessible to people using assistive technology.
How YourNurses.io is funded
Health guidance costs money to run: AI processing, nurses' time, text messages and hosting. Patients never pay for it. Organisations do.
Sponsorships
Organisations fund free guidance for a community, region or group of people.
Public-health contracts
Health authorities pay for programmes such as maternal health information or screening reminders.
Grants
Foundations fund work for people who are hard to reach.
Paid tools for organisations
Clinics, NGOs and employers can pay for tools for their own teams, such as the nurse desk.
Rules every funder accepts
- Funders never influence what the assistant says about health.
- No advertising in medical conversations.
- Health data is never sold, and funders never receive data that identifies anyone.
Where we are today
YourNurses.io is at an early stage. We are starting in the Philippines and building for international use. Features will change as we learn, and we will be open about what works and what does not.
